You trust yourself. Just not always. Not consistently enough to stop checking.

  • You've been wanting a singing bowl and don't know where to start, or you already own one and still hesitate before you play it.
  • You know there's more wanting to move through your channel and your voice, and being seen and heard for it still feels vulnerable.
  • Discernment is the piece that trips you up: telling the difference between fear, ego, and the thing that's actually true.
  • You want what's beyond you, call it God, source, spirit, your own soul, to move through you with more ease, more trust, more faith, and less second-guessing.
  • You already know. You just haven't stopped asking everyone else first.
  • Another year of thinking about this will look a lot like this year did.

The bigger idea

The bowl isn't the destination.

Close-up of hands playing crystal singing bowls

Sound is the vehicle. This training isn't about memorizing the right sequence, or learning which bowl to play and when. It's about developing your own authority in your relationship with sound, learning to listen deeply, discern what you receive, trust it, and respond.

This is where you come home to your soul gifts, whether you're discovering them for the first time or deepening a knowing you've already carried for years, with sound as what gets you there. You'll leave with real confidence in your own channel and your psychic senses, not because someone else validated them, but because you've practiced trusting them, out loud, in front of people.

You'll stop looking outside yourself for the "right" way, and start developing your own capacity to meet what's actually in front of you. You don't leave sounding like Karlee. You leave sounding like you.

Every month this stays a feeling instead of a practice, it stays exactly where it's been. Eight weeks from now, it doesn't have to be a feeling anymore.

Receive Discern Trust Express Act

What changes over 8 weeks

Second-guessing every impulseTrusting what you receive
Thinking your way through itReceiving, then following
Copying someone else's formulaCreating your own sound language
Holding your voice backExpressing exactly what's alive in you
Preparing, planning, waitingSharing it, in front of people
Knowing there's something more in youMoving it, out into the world

What you'll learn

Eight weeks, each one building on the last. Open, receive, trust, speak, tone, express, hold, share, in that order, because that's the order self-trust actually gets built in.

Crystal singing bowls, drum, and sound tools laid out for practice
01

Open

Channel, energetic hygiene, grounding, protection, heart, womb, and your bowl. Learning what gets you into your channel, and what being open actually feels like in your body.

02

Receive

What does your bowl, your voice, your body want to express today? Discernment between ego, fear, intuition, and soul.

03

Trust

Following what you receive without needing confirmation first. This is where second-guessing starts to loosen its grip.

04

Speak

Letting language and voice emerge while you play, responding to what's happening in the moment instead of a script.

05

Tone

Voice as vibration, sound moving through the body, releasing the need for it to sound good.

06

Highest expression

Whatever wants to emerge, intuitive vocalization, light language, or your own version of it.

07

Hold

Sacred space, ceremony, intention, reading the room, and facilitating for another person or a group.

08

Share

A 10-minute intuitive sound experience, created and held by you, witnessed by the group.

How it works

A real cohort, not a self-paced course. A small group (up to twelve virtually) who practice together, get witnessed, and eventually facilitate, so the learning happens in relationship, not isolation.

  • Format8 weekly live sessions, virtual or in-person in Kelowna. In-Person begins Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Virtual begins the week of October 13, 2026.
  • ContainerA sacred space held consistently across the eight weeks, with a small, witnessed community.
  • SupportQuestions answered between sessions as needed.
  • Bowl attunementA guided, intuitive structure to understand what your bowls are for you and how you'd like to play them, including how to attune yourself to them.
  • ChakrasUnderstanding chakras and how they relate to your bowls.
  • Clearings + activationsTo embody your visibility, confidence, voice, and power.
  • IntegrationEmbodiment practices to integrate what moves through you each week.
  • AccessLifetime access to all session recordings.
  • Local opportunityA chance to facilitate alongside Karlee if you're local and in-person.
  • CompletionA certificate of completion at the end.

What makes this different

This isn't a technical instrument course, and it isn't a standardized certification. There's no sequence to memorize.

Not this

  • A rigid, standardized sound-healing certification
  • Someone telling you exactly which bowl to play and when
  • A formula you can copy
  • A purely technical course on singing bowls
  • A credential for a regulated healthcare profession

This, instead

  • Developing your own intuitive relationship with sound
  • Learning to listen, discern, and trust what you receive
  • Your own sound language, not a copy of anyone else's
  • Facilitating from presence, not performance
  • A skill you build through practice and being witnessed

This is for you if

  • You've been wanting a singing bowl and aren't sure where to start
  • You already love singing bowls and want to explore what they open in you
  • You want to come home to your soul gifts, whether you're discovering them for the first time or deepening what you already sense, with sound as the vehicle
  • You want to facilitate sound experiences for others
  • You want to open your voice and reclaim your authentic expression and truth
  • You want a more confident, stronger voice in your relationships and with yourself
  • You want real confidence in your own channel and your psychic senses, not just an interest in them

This isn't for you if

  • You're not open to being seen or being of service through what you learn
  • You're looking for a formal, standardized training
  • You'd rather not deepen your connection to your intuition or psychic senses
  • You're not interested in becoming more embodied in your soul gifts and mission
  • You want someone else to tell you exactly what to do, every time

What you'll walk away with

In your relationships, you stop over-explaining, justifying yourself, or going silent when it feels easier than saying the true thing, because you trust what you feel without needing everyone else's approval first.

You come home to your soul gifts, whether you're discovering them for the first time or deepening a knowing you've always carried, with sound as the vehicle that gets you there.

Your nervous system knows what it feels like to settle into your own frequency, and you can find your way back there on your own, without needing a 10-minute guided meditation, a breathwork session, or someone else walking you through it.

You're more available in your body, and that changes how present you are when a partner reaches for you, how easily you receive touch, and how much you actually let yourself feel during sex, not only in a session or on a stage.

You trust your channel and your psychic senses enough to act on them, not because someone confirmed you were right, but because you've practiced following them and watched them hold true.

You make the decision instead of researching it for the fortieth time, and that same clarity starts showing up around money, offers, and opportunities too.

You can walk into a room, pick up your bowl, and create something real for someone else without needing a script or a plan worked out in advance.

You say the thing you've been holding back, in the moment it actually needs to be said, in your relationships and in your work.

Before you join

I don't own a singing bowl yet. Can I still join?+

Yes. You don't need to own one before enrolling. If you're joining virtually, having at least one bowl for practice between sessions is recommended, and I'll guide you toward choosing one that's right for you before the training begins. If you're in-person, you'll have access to bowls during our sessions together.

I'm completely new to singing bowls. Is that a problem?+

No. This training doesn't assume experience. You only need curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to listen.

What if I'm nervous about using my voice?+

That's exactly what weeks four and five are for. This isn't about singing, it's about speaking and toning, letting sound and language move through you while you play, and releasing the need for it to sound a certain way, inside a space that's actually held for that. How much of your voice you share, and when, is always your call. Most people arrive nervous. That's the starting point, not a reason to wait.

Do I need to already facilitate sound for others?+

No. Some people complete this training and go on to facilitate for others. Others use what they learn purely for their own expansion, expression, and embodiment. Both paths are supported here.

Is this a certification?+

You'll receive a certificate of completion. This is not a standardized or regulated healthcare credential, it's a facilitation skill built through practice, feedback, and being witnessed.

Do I need to know what my "gift" is before I join?+

No. Some people arrive already knowing they want to facilitate. Others simply feel there's more in them, without being able to name it yet. The eight weeks are built to help you find out.

Is this actually worth the investment?+

Compare it to what waiting actually costs. Another year of owning a bowl you're unsure how to use, another year of the gift staying private instead of practiced. This gives you a real skill, a real practice, a witnessed community, and lifetime access to every session, not a single workshop you forget by next month.

I don't have time for an 8-week commitment right now.+

The weekly sessions are the container, and daily practice is as small as five minutes with your bowl. If you miss a live session, you have lifetime access to the recording. The bigger cost isn't the time this takes, it's the time you've already spent circling this without a structure to actually move it forward.

I've started programs like this before and didn't follow through.+

This isn't a self-paced course you can quietly abandon in a folder. You're in a live cohort, being witnessed weekly by real people who notice when you're not there. That container is part of the design, and it's often the difference between another good idea and something you actually finish.

What happens after I enroll?+

Once you enroll, you'll receive a welcome email with your cohort details, session dates, and everything you need to prepare. Our first gathering begins the week of October 13. You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive. Just bring yourself, an open heart, and your willingness to explore.

From "I need to figure it out" to "I know. I trust it. I move."

  • You receive an impulse, and you trust it, instead of needing outside confirmation first.
  • You pick up your bowl and follow the sound's breadcrumbs, wherever they lead.
  • You say the thing you've been afraid to say.
  • You create the offer, the session, the sound journey you've been sitting on.
  • You facilitate for another person and stay present while you're being witnessed.

Trust what you know. Follow what you hear. Let your gifts move.

Because the fastest way to actually trust your gift is to use it before you feel fully ready.
